UD Trucks provides this service through Motorite Administrators (Pty) Ltd, an approved Financial Service provider (FSB No: 9140). In effect, this enhances a client’s risk management profile freeing up capital and reducing maintenance costs should a mechanical breakdown occur on certain covered parts and components.
This product can be financed with the vehicle, or purchased upfront by the client at the first retail date of the vehicle, allowing for a tax deductible input, depending on the business’s VAT and Income Tax status at the time of purchase.

UD Trucks Dealer NetworkMaintenance contracts
Maintenance Contracts allow customers to pay a regular monthly sum for the service and repair requirements on a vehicle, instead of having to pay a relatively large sum when visiting the workshop.
The Maintenance Plan offers the customer protection for all scheduled services and repairs that are subject to normal wear and tear**. These options will be available for a maximum of 5 years or 1 Million Kilometres/12 000 hours, whichever should occur first, depending on the vehicle application.

UD CareProvides Customers with a Service Contract combined with cover on brakes and clutch replacements. All support functions apply.
UD MobileThe Ultimate Solution offering Customers full cover on all repairs and maintenance over the designated period, with the added advantage of all support functions.
