New Year's Greetings from UD Trucks President and CEO

I would like to extend my best wishes to you as we enter the new year.

The year 2025 marked a significant milestone for our company: our 90th anniversary. Since our founding in 1935, we have steadily pursued the vision to ‘make the trucks the world needs today’. Undoubtedly, what has sustained us through these 90 years is the trust placed in us by our customers and the unwavering commitment of our employees who have embraced challenges along the way. Please let me express my deepest gratitude for the support given by all stakeholders.

As a group-wide initiative, we participated in the Japan Mobility Show (JMS 2025) held in October alongside Isuzu Motors. Under the theme ‘Move the World, Envision and Colorful Future’, we unveiled a unified booth showcasing both brands. We were truly delighted to welcome a great number of visitors and receive much enthusiastic feedback. I believe the show truly demonstrated our commitment to creating new value through group synergies.

With a proud 90 years of history behind us, UD Trucks will continue, as a member of the Isuzu Group, to deliver products that offer higher levels of fuel efficiency, environmental performance, safety, and efficiency, while leveraging further synergistic effects through enhanced collaboration. We will also remain a partner that listens intently to voices from the field and forges new paths alongside our customers.

In 2026, all UD Trucks employees are ready to take action with dedication and flexibly to ensure we remain a brand and company trusted and chosen by our customers.
